For our product Group Clone, we will initiate the refund only if you had not got the license key from us. Our product is a downloadable/receivable software, and refund will not be issued if we had sent the files/license key. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing from our site.
The responsibility of setting up the server belongs to the customer. Once the server setup is completed by the customer, we will go ahead and install our product in the server.

When you access Contus, the browser's domain name and Internet address is automatically collected and placed in our Internet access logs. We use this information to learn about which sections, pages and information web site visitors access.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place and we will consider those if it is reasonable for refund.
Support Issues: If the customer is not getting technical assistance response consecutively for more than 4 business days, then the customer is entitled for refund.
